Buying hearing aids can be an expensive and complex process, often at a time of heightened emotion. The challenge? Create an easy to use ecommerce solution that could support significant product information in an easy to understand and considerate way.

The online sale of prescription products presents unique challenges. Our aim was to enhance the process by including medical questionnaires and online hearing tests, streamlining the experience. In doing so, our goal was to convert what could be a stressful encounter into a seamless and convenient online journey.
